0260 (1) (a) The laundry room was accessible and contained cleaning and sanitizing products in a location accessible to children. 0260 (1) (c) There was an alcohol siltion used for cleaning that was not in original container and was not clearly labeled with name of product. 100-300-0260 (2) (a) (b) The laundry storage room had a locking mechanism that was not in use and the storage area was accessible to children; the door was locked during inspection.
